The Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) has been named the major sponsor of the Neighbourhood Watch (NHW) Qld program for the next three years.
As the State’s peak professional association for the real estate industry, the REIQ is well-placed to understand and complement the positive work NHW undertakes on a daily basis, and is looking forward to helping promote community safety across Queensland.
With more than 1,900 REIQ accredited agencies operating across the State, REIQ members have close connections with their local communities as well as strong local knowledge – elements that will work in synergy with the NHW program.
From 1 July, the REIQ will provide $50,000 in sponsorship per year as well as give assistance to NHW with media promotion, branding, education and training.
The REIQ will also encourage members to get actively involved in local NHW programs around the State
