What happened? I lost two valuable hours of my life last night. That's what happened.

As a previous fan of Grey's Anatomy, I have possibly been put off the show forever by the weird waste of time that "couldn't be delivered in one hour" – or whatever the marketing drivel was that Channel 7 was spouting.

What happened?

Addison needed a break and she was off to California, so of course I was watching, if only for the fact that she's a hottie and may have ended up in a bikini at some stage.

But no such luck. Instead, we were dragged into the personal lives of five other utterly irrelevant characters, given intimate looks into their personal lives and issues, as if they were the characters on the show we actually know, or care about in the slightest.

Meanwhile, back at the hospital, we were graced with about five minutes of a rushed glance into the important, meaty stuff, like George and Izzy stumbling through their relationship drama, Meredith's stepmum dying and McSulky being generally annoying.

Hello? I thought this was supposed to be Grey's Anatomy, not The Addison's Friends show.

And am I the only one really over the whole Christina-Burke wedding thing?

Can we relate? Well, I definitely couldn't, but yes, I wasted the full two hours waiting for something to happen.

Will I do it again? I doubt it. With House becoming more boring and predictable every passing week and Grey's losing the plot completely, I may just regain two hours or so of my life every week from now on.

Was I the only one that hated the episode this much? Did the weird surfboard waxing scene with the young Lou Ferrigno lookalike annoy you as much as it did me?
