Market for prestige properties in Noosa still strong

April 9 | Olivier Miller

As we all recover from our chocolate-coated Easter hangovers and continue to find ways to entertain the kids during the holiday break, we are looking forward to the month of April.

We have high expectations for our sales targets after an incredible March, when Laguna’s Noosa team alone listed just on $50 million worth of property.

Our Gympie and Coolum offices also reported strong activity.

This achievement is not due only to the abilities of the sales agents, but to a genuine team effort.

Some of the properties recently added to our books are absolutely stunning.

Although I have never advocated believing everything you read in the press, some of the reports are accurately depicting the state of the market. The high end is very strong, with two of our newest prestige listings over $6.5 million expected to generate interest via our extensive database.

The unit market is also a stellar performer, showing honest returns and offering great entry level-buying for many.

The beauty of Noosa property is that contrary to the perception some people have of Noosa prices, we still have listings on our books under the $200,000 mark.

So whether you are sitting on the fence deciding what the interest rates will do, or actively seeking a purchase at a great stage of the cycle, there are plenty of properties to view.
