Here are six simple tips that can assist your productivity:

1. Consolidate similar tasks and do them concurrently – you’ll work more productively when you tackle similar things.

2. Tackle tough jobs first – you’ll feel more motivated and gain a great sense of accomplishment.

3. Don’t be afraid to say “no” – stick to your plan, and don’t be distracted unless it’s urgent and important.

4. Hold efficient meetings – make sure the agenda and paperwork are distributed before the meeting and that everyone reads the paper work before the meeting (not during).

5. Delegate where possible – focus your time on the high-return items.

6. Turn off your email before starting anything session you want to be productive.
