Who are your biggest competitors?

Here is an interesting snippet of information I heard recently regarding ‘who are your competitors’:
20% are specialists in your line of business;
20% are generalists in your line of business;
And your biggest competitors are the DIY people, they account for 60% of your market space today!
While I have not tested these statistics I do believe they have merit and are worth considering when you are looking at your competitors.
So if you are in the DIY group in relation to hiring a business coach, here are some questions you could consider asking yourself:
• What are your dreams and aspirations?
• What are your personal priorities?
• How can you best take care of yourself?
• How can you streamline and reorganise your life?
• What is really stopping you reaching your dreams?
• How can you coach yourself confident by facing your fears?
• How can communication increase your opportunities for success?
• What can you do to keep focused on your goals?
While you may have considered a reward for keeping focused (which is a great idea), consider buddying up with a friend and using this check list to check your progress:
*What have you achieved this week/month towards your goals?
*What did you not achieve that you said you would?
*What challenges/obstacles are you now facing?
*What options are available to take you just one step closer?
*Of those options, what action do you plan to take?
*How are you going to ensure it happens and what extra support do you need?
