If internet years were equal to dog years, Mark Chapman has already spent an entire lifetime on the world wide wait. Many human years later, the new tube finally delivers and Mark is only too happy to be your guide to the weird, whacky and wonderful online. Is this girl truly planning on taking her own life?

I just came across a truly disturbing and incredibly saddening blog - The blog has been removed from the site
Rather than me explain it, read the introduction yourself:
"I am going to kill myself in 90 days. What else should i say? This blog is not a cry for help or even to get attention. It's simply a public record of my last 90 days in existence. I'm not depressed and nothing extremely horrible has lead me to this decision. But, does it really have to?"
This young lady seems to be using the internet to broadcast a journal of her final 90 days alive.
She goes on to say that as an atheist, she feels her life has no greater purpose.
"My generation has had no great depression, no great war and our biggest obstacle is beating Halo 3. So, if I feel like saying "game over", why can't I? Anyway, I hope you enjoy my thoughts as the clock runs out."
In our current culture of reality TV addiction, the internet has become a new medium for personal broadcast, giving us people's most intimate thoughts at the click of a mouse. This blog - which is now into the 5th day - takes it one step TOO real.
Although 'Jane' denies that this is a massive cry for attention, one can only hope it's an empty threat, or that someone - anyone - manages to get through to her, preventing her from going ahead with this senseless act.
Seriously Jane, if you're bright and sensitive enough to open up to the world in this way, you're not stupid, and obviously a soul the world could do with keeping around.
Don't do it.
