Disney star Vanessa Hudgens poses with a girlfriend in one of the new photos which has been posted on the web.

New racy photos of Disney star Vanessa Hudgens have been posted on the internet, showing her posing in her underwear and horsing around with girlfriends.

The 18-year-old and her gal pals are shown poking their tongues out at each other and the camera, cuddling up and sharing air kisses.

Some of the photos on the “Right Celebrity” site show Hudgens posing seductively on a bed and doing a striptease. (Click here to see photos.)

A storm erupted last week after full-frontal nude photos of Hudgens, who starred in Disney film High School Musical, were posted on the internet.

The website E Online! says those close to the actress say the photos were taken when she was 17 for an actor she had a crush on – not for Hudgens' 19-year-old boyfriend and High School Musical co-star Zac Efron.

The site said the embarrassed star had backed out of a planned appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

However, Disney chiefs have reportedly stood by her and are currently negotiating a deal with her to star in the third film.

Hudgens has apologised to fans over the nude photos, saying: "I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos," Hudgens said in a statement last Friday.
