Matthew Flinders Anglican College has been named champion school at the Sunshine Coast Independent School Sports Association (SCISSA) Athletics carnival, winning the two-day meet last week by nearly 1000 points.

Nambour Christian College finished in 2nd place and Sunshine Coast Grammar School in 3rd.

The win made it three from three for Matthew Flinders, who earlier this year took the trophies in the SCISSA Secondary Swimming and the SCISSA Yr 4-12 Cross Country championships.
