At the Tewantin- Noosa RSL football club’s AGM last week, a number of key positions and appointments were made to the 2009 committee.
However, in the absence of nominations for president and treasurer, the incumbent president, Michael Cookman, agreed to oversee both these roles until the positions could be filled.
The Tewantin-Noosa RSL football club is pleased to announce the continued involvement of Terry Wilcomes as first division coach and the new appointment of Sean Duncan as reserve grade coach.
The club’s sponsors were all thanked for their support this year, a major factor in the completion of improvements to facilities, upgrade of equipment and kits.
Phil Aland agreed to continue in his role as club secretary, Carl Harrison as vice-president, Sharon Valentine as canteen convenor, Debbie Cassar as junior players’ registrar (assisted by Alan Taylor) and Luke Willmott as registrar for the seniors.
If you would like to participate in the ongoing development of our club, please contact Michael Cookman on 0458 753 277. We are looking for a treasurer, director of coaching, coaches, managers, groundsperson, bar manager, and general committee volunteers.
