Jonah's Road and Jon English take to the stage at Joe’s Waterhole in Eumundi this Sunday.
Jonah’s Road has just released their fourth single Giddy Up from their second album Counting Down The Days.
Giddy Up is an upbeat party song guaranteed to get listeners attention. This new single was written for the fans and has rapidly become a live favourite.
The award winning second album, Counting Down The Days was released in 2007 with previous singles Why Does She Love Me, Counting Down The Days and All Mine receiving radio and television success.
The band recently picked up several awards including Best Country Artist in the 2007 National Musicoz Awards, Best Independent Release at the 2008 National Country Music Awards, Best Country Album in the 2008 US Independent Music Awards Peoples Choice.
They also received nominations for the People’s Choice and TIARA along with Best Group at the 2008 Golden Guitar Awards.
Jon English is well known in Australia for his music, stage and television career and will bring out some favourite hits at the show. A prolific songwriter, experienced screen composer and a popular actor with wide community recognition and critical public acclaim, Jon English is undoubtedly one of Australia’s most successful, loved, and enduring recording and performing artists.
