A bouncer is being questioned by police after he allegedly pushed a patron under a police car outside a Sunshine Coast pub.
Police officers in an unmarked police car observed a disturbance between two men outside the Reef Hotel in Noosa shortly before 10pm (AEST) Saturday, police said.
The two men, a 21-year-old bouncer and an 18-year-old patron, were standing in a marked parking bay on Noosa Drive as the police car approached at a low speed.
The bouncer then allegedly pushed the patron in the chest, sending him to the ground and under the front passenger side wheel of the police car.
The officers rendered first aid to the teenager before he was taken to Nambour Hospital by ambulance for surgery on a broken ankle.
The 21-year-old man has been questioned by police.
No charges have yet been laid.
