The beauty of Bellflower

The beauty of Bellflower

More lots will soon be released at Bellflower in Sippy Downs.

Land affordability remains a contentious issue on the Sunshine Coast but there is one developer who is committed to offering first and second homeowners and young families the opportunity to secure a home site in one of the Sunshine Coast’s most sought-after locations.

Investa Property Group’s Bellflower community at Sippy Downs is located just minutes away from five separate public and private schools, the University of the Sunshine Coast as well as shopping, medical and sporting precincts.

Investa’s development manager Ashley Nankervis said a further 64 lots of land are soon to be released at Bellflower to help satisfy the strong demand for affordable land on the Sunshine Coast.

“The Forest Grove land release at Bellflower will continue Investa’s commitment to deliver much needed affordable residential home sites.

“Every stage of Bellflower released to date has had interest from hundreds of interested buyers. We expect this next release to sell just as quickly, particularly when you consider the lack of affordable and well located residential land on the Sunshine Coast.

“If we had more approvals in place, we’d certainly release more land,” he said.

Mr Nankervis said being close to shopping and community facilities has become a major priority for buyers, particularly with rising grocery and fuel prices.

“The ability to live, work and play just minutes from work, schools, the university, major shopping and sporting facilities has proven to be a major attraction for buyers as they will save a significant amount of money on transport costs while still living in a brand new home in a quiet, safe and well landscaped neighbourhood,” he said.

Bellflower’s sales consultant Rhonda Sutton said Forest Grove will be one of the best land releases at Bellflower with a number of lots backing on to abundant natural bushland and within easy walking distance to the recently rehabilitated Sippy Creek.

“Lot sizes commence at 360sq m which is idea for first home owners or couples through to over 700sq m for those who prefer larger area to entertain or for growing families.

“We recommend home buyers should register their interest as soon as possible as Bellflower stock is limited and interest will be high with homesites commencing at an affordable $190,000,” she said.
