Fresh from dispatching the hard-hitting heavyweight Justin Bailey on debut in the pro ranks, Caloundra’s Luke Miller is ready to rumble again.
This time, the 27-year-old 98kg bruiser will be out to enhance his reputation against a real hard-head in Sosiai Funaki on Saturday night in the spud capital of south-east Queensland, Gatton. Miller’s trainer John Burke said the South Sea islander, by reputation, was a hard hitter, but he was confident Miller would be able to give back more than he received.
“Luke’s in good shape and keen to fight again so soon.
“He’d fight every night if he could,” he said.
